Willow flycatcher

Of course, one is never really sure with flycatchers, because the subspecies look very similar, so your guess is as good as mine. Yet this one was photographed in Wyoming, so it might well be a Willow flycatcher. Moreover, flycatchers have a great thing going for them, they defend nesting territory not by quarrelling but by singing.
